PCB 900 Film Processor

To meet the increasing needs from the many companies working with PCB and GA film in low volume and in small format production environments, Colenta have designed a fully automatic dry to dry, free standing film developer offering low volume chemical tanks which are precisely heated and accurately replenished to provide consistent high quality film development.

some of the design features of the Colenta PCB 900:
# compact & space saving design # water rinsed cross over between Dev & Fix
# fully automatic dry to dry process # auto heating & cooling for Dev & Fix
# micro processor control # auto replenishment for Dev & Fix
# small tank volumes # programmable developer timing & temperatures

typically the PCB 900 is used by :
- R&D departments
- universities & technical institutes
- specific small format encoder production
- and others .....

PCB Film Processors 56 - 110 NG / NGs

The Colenta PCB Film Processor is a fully automatic "dry to dry" developing system for use with all common film types used in the PCB industry and with the flexibility to be installed to accept film directly from a film plotter or installed and used for manual loading. The processor incorporates a submersed non opposed roller transport system designed to provide minimal contact with the film emulsion and with a system of intermediate wash water crossovers to safely transfer each film, through each stage of film development, producing images of the highest quality with the minimum of operator involvement.

Widetrack PCB Film Processors

The Widetrack design allows for use by manual loading and also, subject to the model of Film Plotter, to be adapted for automatic Online loading directly from the film plotter.

The interface system and parts to connect the film plotter online to the processor is subject to the type and model of film plotter being used.

The Colenta 140 and 160 PCB 90 Film processor versions are the ideal choice to support the large format film plotter options currently available in the market.

The choice of the Colenta 140 PCB 90 or 160 PCB 90 Film Processor is subject to :

  • Model of plotter in use
  • Maximum film size to processed / manual loading
